Not sure what you are asking. I you wanting to know what hardware you need on your server side?

You might search these forums for VPN and you will find some threads that might help.

VPN works fine with a 5220, but it is separate from the card. Michael is right, the server needs to be set up, and in my company'case, we use a client on each computer as well. We use Checkpioint SecureRemote, and it works very well well.

I would like to know if I use a fire wall on my server like sonic wall and my air card does not have a static ip address will I still be able to log on to my server?

Depends what kind of service the server is serving. For this sort of situation, you may want to setup an account here:

http://www.dyndns.org/

And use their DNS service if the IP address is changing on a regular basis.
