Sorry Michael, false alarm. Shocked I just assumed that Nortel was sending me to work on an EVDO project. Just some t/s work for a local carrier....Cellsouth who dumped Lucent for Nortel. btw after talking to people from Cellsouth here, they aren't in any big rush to EVDO. Haven't run into any vzw techs out here, so no word on EVDO launch in Memphis. VZW does have the spectrum, but I'm not seeing any evidence at any of their cellsites that VZW is actively working on an add.
