What does Verizon, Sprint, Dell, Toshiba, AllTell and Cellular South all have in common?

Their support reps refer their customers over to us for support. Many think that since we are an "info" web site, we will gladly spend hours on the phone with anyone who has an EVDO problem. We only support OUR customers. We do not provide telephone support if you didn't purchase your EVDO Card/EVDO ExpressCard/EVDO USB Modem/Router/Amp/Antenna from http://Booster-Antenna.com.

Whenever anyone calls us for support we will confirm that you are a customer before being able to help you. If we spend our time on the phone with non-customers then we will not have time to spend with OUR customers.

For those that call because another tech at another company refered you over - if you are not one of our customers, that doesn't get you support. Instead, ask the person who is referring you over why they are.

As we grow, we may offer paid tech support for non-customers, but for now we do not and we only offer free support for OUR customers.
