How can I get PRL updated with KPC650 using AT command

I can use at+cdv*22899 to update PRL with PC5220, but this command
make no effect with KPC650.
Can I update PRL with KPC650 using ATD*22899 or other AT command.

The KPC650 currently is tied to a Verizon account? I noticed that previously, I was able to update the PRL on a PC5220, even if the card was not tied to a Verizon account (used for sniffing EVDO only, not actually using service). At some point a few weeks ago, I was no longer able to update the PC5220 that was not tied to an account - it failed (using activation wizard). So, something changed at Verizon, only cards that were tied to an account could received PRL updates.

Is this on Mac OS X, Linux or Windows?

Try:

atdt*22899,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The commas delay 1 second and give the command time to complete.

For Mac or Linux. There are some different applications with different OS. Rolling Eyes
