EVDOforums.com is a technical user forum to help users navigate and use EVDO from a variety of carriers. With any carrier, there will be some people that love em and some people that hate em. In order to make it easier for those looking for support (vs. reading complaints), we have decided to have a generic "complaint thread". For those that do not care to read about others' complaints, they can easily skip this thread.

If you have a complaint about:

- Verizon's quality of service
- Verizon's Terms of Service (ToS)
- Verizon's business practices
- Any other complaint about Verizon

Wow,

The timing on this thread is pretty incredible. My Verizon "Unlimited" Broadband National Access was terminated TODAY for too much usage. You gotta love that. I know there are many others getting the same crap for supposedly violating their TOS.

But, I just wanted to highlight this, in case someone actually has hopes of getting a mobile broadband connection in order to access broadband content...I know it's a crazy notion, but hey...if that's the case - than avoid Verizon, because they don't play that game.

I am about to try Sprint EVDO...and I have read that their TOS doesn't have all the stupid restictions like Verizon, so give Sprint a try.

And remember to tell all your friends, because in today's world...power truly is to the people. Let your voice be heard.

Can you give us some details regarding the termination like, how much you were using, the amount of your early termination fee, etc etc? Verizon has announced that they will start throttling beyond 5 gig after December 1 and I am curious to see how my usage will stick in their craw...
