I just ordered the Kyocera 650 card to replace a PC 5220 and was wondering if anyone has tried the Kyocera antenna with it. Does it have an adapter cable between the antenna and the card or is it straight through?

Also, it appears there are two antenna connectors on teh card so that you can do diversity with external antennas. Anyone know if this is the case and would it make sense to do so in a bad signal area?

There is a vendor selling the ARC antenna with an adapter cable, anyone know if the cable is available separately anywhere?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

The card is to new and there is not yet a straight through cable version, so it is only sold with the adapter.

If you need just the adapter, you can contact us and we can help you out.

I haven't tried hooking up two antennas to the KPC 650. If you are in a fringe/marginal area, you may be better off to hook up a signal amplifier.
