Hi, I'm not a real great computer person.My problem is I can get the card to go online and it says it's connected. then the first wndow comes up and it says I need to be connected to the internet.If I go to my favortes and clck IE then t will load and everything s ok. I don't have any trouble going to any other site.I called ALLTEL and found a bunch of settings that were not filled in.the Tech helped me to fill the info and it works faster but we were not able to get the IE to start and load from the alltel icon.He was stumped and I have no clue. any ideas?ts past the geek squad and they don't want to do anything with it and tell me that its Alltel's problem.They said there is nothing wrong with the laptop and they are sorry but,the "air cards" are full of problems and they don't "recommend using Aircards at ALL! HELP! Rolling Eyes

Try to use Firefox and see if you can duplicate the same issue.

Yeah, It was fixed!! This is a OLD post!!!! Laughing

It fixed itself when we switched to Firefox..IE7 is full of bugs This was just one we had to work out,Dan Cool
