Greetings mmoss.

I am currently pursuing a resolution to this problem with Novatel. I started a thread not too long ago that explains these same symptoms when combining a Sony Vaio and Novatel V620. For the sake of continuity, if possible, please refer to that thread and post as much information there as possible so that the information remains in one thread.
