Sprint Evdo not connecting ANYMORE

Back again, everything has been working fine till now. I guess sprint had a nation wide outage a few day ago or thats what I'm being told. The problem now is i cannot connect to evdo. it will not even let me select it as "evdo only" or "automatic" the only thing i can select is "1-rxtt only"
As i said it has been working fine till the other day.
sprint customer service cant help me so i turn to you guys fore help.

I have been havng some issues myself. Really slow Vision (1xRTT), or no service. I called and they said they were doing work on the tower I connect to. Everything seems ok now.

To fix your issue with being un-able to change whether you connect via 1xRTT or EVDO, you must make sure the card is "disconnected". It cannot be in the "connecting", or "connected" state. If the card is disconnected, do into your cards settings, then you can change out the option you wish.

Its working now. have no ideal what the deal was but it would not connect for several days.
Sprint was no help during this ordeal. no info could of been what it might be.
It has been acting really strange of late. several hours with no connection the past month or two then this.
Anyways lets hope it stays up and going. thx to those who replied
