I have a Verizon 7130e, and I get this message way too often. Popping out the battery does nothing. Verizon says "oops." Anyone else having this issue?

Our company got this message all the time too (though with 7250s). We have since upgraded our handhelds to version 4.1 and so far that seems to have done it. The was just released a few weeks ago.
