And Verizon doens't offer it for the 620 on its website...
Is there an alternate?? Can anyone post it for download?
I tried calling and they tell me it's not available on the website, they told me to go to the store but they don't have any!!
I just switched computers and I can't use it on the new one!
Appreciate any help, maybe doing a manual installation.
Thanks, E |

That's the same one I used, but it doesnt detect my card!
Plus, it doesnt say V620, only the pc5220!
VerTech said that they didnt' have it avail for download, in my other computer it says version5.2.6 (1146n) the one for download is version 5.1.
Has anyone experienced this?? There has to be someone who has lost the cd??!!
Thanks for the help though! |

It seems it was simpler than I thought.
Since I didn't get any answers I figure let me take the program folder from the other computer and copy it to the other one. It worked! |

| That's the only solution I know of. For some reason verizon didn't see fit to make the v620 software available for download. |

Totally unacceptable!!
Im very disappointed in Verizon's tech support, they made me drive around like an idiot for that CD, without trying to really work the issue.
Too bad!
I hope that next person reads this forum and saves the headaches I went through. |

| There is no way, with the way verizon's support is set up, to use the v620 without that software, and they don't offer it for download. It's a pain, I know. |

I just thought of a possible solution, wondering if anyone has ever seen this work.
Download the vzaccess manager 5.1 from vzw.smithmicro.com
Download the driver from windows update for the v620.
If this works for anyone, please let me know. |

I accidentally downloaded the 620 driver from windows update while setting up a new HD and my card ceased to function. I had to R&R access manager to get it working again. _________________ Dell M1210 5700 |

It was in a bunch of updates and I neglected to uncheck it prior to the D/L. I'm running version 5.2.6 1146n.
It's working fine now. _________________ Dell M1210 5700 |

Setting up a new drive, anything can happen. But the card failed right after the update so there was a conflict of some sort, perhaps because of some of the other 21 updates. _________________ Dell M1210 5700 |
