Hi, I'm having this same problem. I seemed to have misplaced the CD. I wiped out my drive, so I don't have the old folder. Can anyone zip it up or help me out?
Thanks.

You can download the CD for V620 here:
Mac OS X
Finder -> Go -> iDisk -> Other User's Public Folder -> evdo_guy -> drag 'VZN1001_V620.zip' to your hard drive.
Windows
Download the iDisk Utility and then grab the file named 'VZN1001_V620.zip' from our Public Folder (user name = evdo_guy) _________________ EVDO :: EVDO News :: EVDO Antennas :: Buy Verizon :: Buy Sprint :: EVDO Amplifier |

We have added a download link for the Novatel V620 at EVDOinfo.com, If you lost your CD, you can download it, unzip and run setup and you will be up and running in no time.
Link removed - see next message for new download link _________________ EVDO :: EVDO News :: EVDO Antennas :: Buy Verizon :: Buy Sprint :: EVDO Amplifier

...but this link requires one to put in a phone number, and my legitimate Verizon phone number for my V620 does not work when I type it (my phone number) into this web page, and now I'm stuck without a working V620 (because the Cisco VPN software that I installed--silly me--screwed up my networking driver for my V620, at least presumably).
Now what?
And why does this software seem so difficult to acquire? Why not just keep it on a link somewhere that's unblocked/unprotected? Who the heck is going to misuse if it they don't have hardware nor an account?

Turns out that my "new" Verizon EVDO phone number was not recognized by their website download service, I had to get the "old" number that I once had to get the download to work.
*sigh*
