Do you have ANY discounts applied to it?
I was rockn' the $60 plan along with a 25% discount and I was told today I was not supposed to have that.
So , do any of you on the 60 plan have discounts applied?
Thanks |

| The salesperson who sold me the card and the plan over the phone said I would get the discount. When I first got it in September the website said nothing about the discount not applying to the 59.99 plan. Now the website has a disclaimer saying no other discounts including NVP discounts apply. I got the discount on the first bill but it mysteriously disappeared on the second bill. I have been getting manual adjustments since the discount does not show up. Last month's usual call to get my adjustment they no longer want to give me the 25 percent adjustment since they say it no longer applies with this plan. I'm fighting it now since the terms were changed in the middle of my contract without me agreeing to the new terms. |

I'm on the $60 unltd with Sprint on a 2 year. I called to cancel my service a week later, and the rep wanted to give me a 15% discount. I told him if he made it into a 1 year contract with the 15% discount each month, I'd stay. So he made it happen. _________________ Dell Inspiron 600m w/ Sprint Merlin S620 |

I'm on the $80 a month plan minus 24% Chrysler discount so it ends up being about $60. Don't know for sure yet because I have not got first bill.
Rep told me if I had a voice plan the s620 would be $60 a month minus the 24% so it would be around $48.
When I called to check on the discount the women on the phone told me, don't be suprised if the discount never shows up, it doesn't apply to DATA.
I went up to the Sprint store I bought the card from and let them know about this and they told me not to worry about it , it's on their.
Sounds to me that their plans are so confuseing that their own reps can't figure it out. We'll see what happens with my bill, If its 80 a month it's going back and I will refuse to pay a cancellation fee. |

Go figure...the one month I call in to get my account manually adjusted...I get the guy who knows what he is talking about.
Maybe I will try to call next month and see if I get somebody who doesn't have a clue.
