I just purchased the Verizon XV6700. I am having trouble removing a program. Has anyone run into this. I go through the remove process using Active Sync but when I begin to reload, msg tells me a previous program has been detected, do you want to reload anyway. I choose yes, but get an error msg related to the DLL. When I go into "settings" "system" I can see the icon of the program I am trying to remove, but when active sync populates the programs to be added or removed, it is no longer a choice to pick. I have tried file explorer and cannot find the program in startup or programs.

Can anybody help or has anyone run into this?
