Motorola Q mp3 playback problem

I have had my Q for 2 days and so far its been pretty good. I am having a slight problem with my Mp3 playback. The Mp3's playback seems to be very low, I can bearly heard it on the highest setting. It was working perfectly before but now it just is low. I've been fooling around with it and I can not find a setting anywhere to change that. The MP3 playback is quieter then my mp3 ringtone, its terrible. Has anyone else experinced this problem or knows how to fix it?

Easy fix. Press and hold in the jog wheel. You need to hold it in for about 3-5 seconds and a volume bar will show up. Now wheel it up as far as it will go and hit Done.
