Upon initial failure, computer reimaged and all windows updates applied. (no addtional software installed). From virgin system, both PC5740 and KPC650 failed to work properly. PC5740 card never initializes, KPC650 card initializes momentarily and goes offline. Each attempt was off fresh install of XP SP2 with latest updates. Please send any success scenarios with either of these models to robertmarsh@yahoo.com. Thank you for any help you can provide and I hope this helps you in your purchasing descisions.
