V620 = Corrupted Extension???

I dowloaded & ran the installer. Running v10.3.9.
Now when I start up the computer I get this error message,
"The system extension “/System/Library/Extensions/IOSerialFamily.kext“ was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product’s vendor for an update".
Anyone know a way out of this?
HELP!!!

Run Fix Permissions (Disk Util)

Download and install Apple Verizon Drivers posted at the URL below. DO NOT RUN INSTALLER IF YOU ARE RUNNING 10.4, ONLY 10.3.x

When done, Run Fix Permissions again

That should get your computer back

Then you can either run the manual mode (using terminal) or the installer. At any point with 10.3x you can re-run the iApple Verizon Drivers to get your system back to the previous state.
