I just got the KR1 router for my V620 card
it is working well most of the time
however while I am working the status light goes off-blank..and so does the WAN lite and I can not browse the internet. I note when this happens the light on the aircard is still blinking green
What is happening and is there any correction to this lose of signal??

There are a few threads now dedicated to KR1 connection drop issues. Some issues appear to be signal-related, some appear to be device/software/configuration-related.

Thanks Scott, I am a customer also...today my KR1 did not reset by itself...just went to amber...yesterday it would go from green to amber/back to green...no consistent pattern...I am using it in same location. One day it went for 2 hours without this cycle? |
