VERIZON SW PROBLEM

HELP!

my evdo worked before, i am 100% sure the hardware n service is good cuz it worked on many other machines... but

my SW on thsi laptop is screwed up, my connection profile went away so i reinstalled the sw,

now i can pass the screen where they "Find Wireless Device" where u check off PC card to detect WWAN signals... how do u fix this sw problem??? thanks

1. Uninstall the software.

2. Remove the card

3. Uninstall the Hardware (through Hardware Manager)

4. Restart the Laptop

5. Install the software (follow all the instructions)

6. You must not place the card in the Laptop until it tells you to insert the card.

This should get you there.
