They will also be first phones to work on both Sprint iDen and CDMA networks. Not clear if iDen only for PTT or voice too. |

Christopher Price is claiming that Sprint confirmed to him all dual-mode iDen/CDMA phones will be Rev A.
Sprint's native CDMA network is claimed to cover 250m+ poplution (Verizon too). Add iDen and combined Sprint natively covers about 270m population, about the same as Cingular.
I wouldn't expect a transfer between iDen/CDMA networks within same call but it would be impressive if they can pull that off. I'd think this is intended as a transition-from-iDen-to-CDMA-phone rather than intended as a long term strategy. |

I have a customer that just got an i930 and they claim it is CDMA/IDEN as well. I do not know if it is EVDO capable . They are available now |

Do you really believe Sprint would give him company secrets like this info? Chris is really reaching on this one. Even Deval at SU who works for Sprint can not confirm this EVDO Rev A stuff yet. _________________ EVDO Addict. |

| He also said Sprint would carry Razr, which has not been covered anywhere else. Maybe his site traffic is down and he's seeking some hits. Or maybe both happen and he gets the last laugh. |
