Yet another Robert Kim story

Ordered the MB8000, card and antenna.

The unit worked ok, but did not have the capabilities we wanted, and was actually slower than our Stompbox....

Sent it back for a refund. Lo and behold, no refund. Tried calling. Nada.

What shows up in the mail today? The package...returned to me for non-receipt.

Now I'm outside the 30-day return.

I called Verizon to tell them I won't be paying the bill.

Also called AMEX, and they are working on the dispute.

I wonder if he has moved his location?

There is some movement going on with Verizon Legal and Robert Kim. I cannot say much, but it looks like stuff should happen (hopefully) soon.

You always have the option of disputing your credit card directly with Amex.
