I keep getting hit with a monthly charge from Bob Kim and have to dispute it every month with the credit card company. And he still owes me money. His latest assistant Maureen finally left because she apparently could not take it anymore. Anybody have the email of his other assistant(s)? I can't get through to them now that Maureen is gone. Another comment to others who have contacted Verizon. Based upon our experience, it is sad to say that Verizon does not appear to care what he is doing. Any of you who work as agents with Verizon should tell someone what is going on. If enough people with clout report him, they may finally do something. I am happy to be a witness and talk to Verizon if they decide to become interested. Email me and we can talk off line.

There is some movement in this area. I cannot say exactly what, but action is forthcoming. You may be contacted in the near future, related to your contacts with Robert Kim.

I think the easy solution to your monthly charges, is to call your credit card company and report that your card has been lost. They will send you a new on with a new number and he will no longer be able to charge your card every month.
