VZ Access Manager Configuration

Does anyone know how to configure the VZ Access manager client so it will require a VPN client to be active when it's connected to the wireless network?

So 'autodial' and terminate the VPN session so that you are ALWAYS tunneled, routing your host's network/Internet traffic through the VPN? It may be better that Windows/VPN config kicks the 'dialer' for VZW, later bringing up the VZ Access Manager app (if at all... it would provide status and RF level, etc.).
