linux 2.6.15 and cdc-acm patch

I've been using this patch with 2.6.12 for a while without a problem:

Since upgrading to Linux 2.6.15, and re-applying the patches for usbserial.c and cdc-acm.c, I haven't been able to get the bandwidth back up. I've even tried copying over the entire patched source code for the 2.6.12 modules, and compiling them under the .15 tree to no avail.

Has anyone else found that these patches stop working on .15? They still apply fine, but the cdc-acm.c patch in particular doesn't seem effective anymore.
