Would be very helpful for Verizon customers who don't want to get "the letter" if the KR1 could disconnect from the evdo service provider after a definable time elapses. Then, upon return activity the KR1 could reinitialize the connection transparently. Kinda like dialup where the ISP issues a disconnect, excepting the KR1 would be responsible for this. This would also be good for the network.
