I just downloaded the newest connection manager and I now notice that my upload speeds are significantly slower even when tried on different test sites. Instead of seeing 1.1M/85k as I was I see around 1.1M/45k.

I suppose it's possible that at the instant I tested there is another user, on a different uplink/tower interferring with me that only the cell site sees (I'm looking at the downlink on a spectrum analyzer and can tell I'm the only one on it) but I'm tending to think that something has changed for the worse.

Has anyone else noticed this?
