If you have any problems with your Kyocera K1, here is the D-Link/Kyocera Support line:

888-351-5353

If you purchased your router directly from us, you can also contact us at:

847-462-4004 or email support@booster-antenna.com (be sure to include your full name/company or Invoice number with your email).

We only support those that bought from us, so please have your order number or name, so we can confirm that you are a customer.

Before calling, you might want to look up here in the KR1 Forums, to see if the answer to your question is already answered (it probably is) and you probably will get more accurate and up-to-date information vs. calling the D-Link support line. Many people have called and were told their router or card needs to be replaced, but that is NOT TRUE. Reading the threads in this forum, will give you correct and accurate information.

If you have a Novatel V620 or Merlin S620 and cannot get your card to work with the Kyocera KR1, read this thread:

Kyocera KR1 and Novatel V620 / Merlin S620 Seating Problem - FIXED 3/15/06

Also, with original firmware of KR1, there is a bug with the Setup Wizard, it will not complete. If you need to change a password or name of router, just log in and do it manually, vs. using the Setup Wizard (until a new firmware is available).

Kyocera KR1 Setup Wizard Problem - FIXED 3/15/06
