6700 Windows Mobile 5 No OWA???

Ok after 3 frustrating phone calls with Veriszons data support, Im being told unless I am a developer, I will not be able to install the security cert needed to access my corporate OWA. Supposedly the only way my pda can receive my mail while Im not logged in at work is to configure Active Sync to read it from the exchange server. WHen I attempt this I get an error saying the the certificate on the exchange server is not valid which in fact I know it is.

She then said that if I was developer (which Im not) Id kow what all this meant.. Can anyone assist??
