Huh, I got the new software but no new PRL...maybe when I hit an evdo area I will get it?

When I updated my software my PRL stayed the same also at 20212...

| Sprint says that the PRL for EVDO doesn't matter. I suspect that this is what is happening... There is no EVDO roaming yet (may be a long time) and Sprint doesn't have slower 1xRTT roaming yet but plans to. I suspect the tool is in place in preparation for 1xRTT roaming soon coming. Just speculating. |

| has anyone else noticed the new icon up by the signal strength graphic? I normally have small triangles if i'm on evdo and large arrows if on the slower backup ? 1xrtt ?. But now to the left of those arrows I have another symbol, don't know what it is,, anyone else have the same thing? |

The download page shown above (selecting Windows XP) offers a download of 3.02.001 Novatel 620. Where do you see 3.2.1? |

Kinda looks like a "vise"? That is the compression icon. It means the compression software is active.

It is for compresion.It is the bytemobile application that downloads when instyalling yourconnection manager and compresses the pages for faster speeds.That symbol means it is running.
