AT&T is trying to implement a service that would require app developers to pay the carrier for subscriber data usage. This means that larger companies like Netflix, Pandora, Spotify etc, could effectively pay for your bandwidth allowing you to use the application without worrying about data charges. This sounds great, however, for smaller app developers it could be a potential nail in the coffin.

Sounds to me like AT&T could be on a slippery slope, what do you think?

And it would cause Netflix, Pandora, Spotify etc. to raise thier prices.
