If you live in the US and border Canada or Mexico and you have found that you roam, on MiFi, in those countries at the high $$ amount you might want to know that Verizon has a Non Roaming plan at the same cost as the regular plan. You have to ask for it. Just remember it totally prevents roaming on the MiFi. We are going to be traveling from Ohio to Alaska and didn't want to get into unknown roaming and the $$ charges so we asked Verizon and was told about the non roaming plan.
