How to post advertisements in a MBR1200 Wifi Hotspot

Hi,

In order to generate some ad revenue, I would like to post advertisements on the user's browser when he is connected to the internet via my MBR1200 Wifi hotspot. Can I do that? I plan to use cellular backhaul.

The Cradlepoint routers have a billboard feature that allows you to greet users with a personal message on a splash page...however it can only consist of text and not HTML, so you won't be able to put in any banner ads.

You would need to have a router that is specifically designed for these purposes and then a CBA250 Mobile Broadband Bridge to provide the mobile broadband connection via ethernet to that type of router for the application.

I personally don't have any experience with any of those types of products, but a simple Google search for routers that offer advertising on splash pages will get you in the right direction.
