just got it working using the verison software but there is but
BTW bell moblitlity support stinks like hell and it rare that i write to a forum to complain but they stink like hell !!!!!
so after 3 calls i got to a tech that was able to give very little info on the subject..
bell uses the card number to control access login so the 1st thing you need to do is get the card activated.
to do this you need a pc and run their Passport software, call their tech support and they give you an access number.
once entered on the pc your card is activited. it has nothing to do with the pc number just the card
the insert the card in the mac and intall the Verizon software and the voila you are in business
looking at the preformance the works nicely kyocera kpc650 got performance up to 2900 kps on the stats downloads up to 190Kps per second and using it to forum to you guys
so apart of the ev-do performance that are good
Bell MOBILITY still has tech that is the worst that i have ever seen,
BTW we are IT guys so we know the importance to tech support...
merci and have a good life |

| I'm just curious why you think the Bell Mobility support was so poor? Was it lack of knowledge of the product? It also appears that Bell uses a random 6-digit programming code (just like programming a normal handset) before you can run their over-the-air activation. That's too bad, because it means that this card probably can never be used by another carrier due to the random 6-digit code. |
