I discovered today that my antenna adapter cable that's for my LG 4400 works with the VX 620. Two bars with built in antenna, full strength with a Wilson Trucker Antenna.
FYI

Just tried my connector that works on my LG4400 and Audiovox CDM-8900 with a Digital Antenna Amplifier Model DA4000 and the signal strength on my new Merlin V620 went from 40-55% to 100%!! The antenna was purchased from Digital Antenna at the time I got the amp about 1-2 years ago and I don't remember the model number.
Thanks for the tip! |

This is the LG VX 4400 correct? If so, I'm ordering the biggest, baddest mama-jamma antenna I can find! |

Hello,
We are going to be reviewing different signal amplifiers this week, and will put them head to head. These will work with PC 5220 *AND* Novatel V620. We will compare, setup and use, performance gain, performance gain between units, heat of unit (some units get very hot), pricing for everything you need (some include everything, some are sold in pieces), etc.

The Novatel card makers were very kind . The Rf port on the Novatel is probably the most common on the market right now. The same adapter works on most current models of phones being manufactured by Motorola , LG , Audivox and Samsung. In case you need a model Number .The Inteligain number is MTT721 and the Wilson model number is 359909 |

Couple of questions:
1. I am about 2 miles out of EVDO coverage, will this possibly get me EVDO coverage. Not asking for a 100% guarantee, just is it possible.
2. When will your databse of adapters cables be up, I'd rather buy everything from one location to prevent problems.
3. Will you be offering an all-in-one with unit/mobile kit/cables/antenna based of the PC card? Again, to make it a click/order and no worry if its right process.
Thanks. |

My home is exactly like this and will be one of the test areas. It is a 2 bar 1xRTT location, no EVDO. A booster antenna, for a 5220 gets it to 4 bar 1xRTT and sometimes EVDO. It is a few miles short, so an amplifier will be the perfect test. _________________ EVDO :: EVDO News :: EVDO Antennas :: Buy Verizon :: Buy Sprint :: EVDO Amplifier |

Can someone confirm if this is the LG VX4400 they are talking about...
The wilson electronics website states that they don't have a cdm-8900 adapter but do have a LG VX4400 ones... seems wierd that if they both work on the VX620 card that they are not the same adapter; unless there is a LG 4400 without the VX.
Thanks |

| I think I got the same very pigtailed adapter cable bundled with a generic version of Arc Freedom antenna with my re-shipped V620 antenna. They're not integrating the cables anymore? The bosterantenna.com hasn't been updated for this. Plus a competitor is about $10 cheaper with this bundled pigtail configuration. |

So is there a solution for the V620 card yet? I really need that boosted signal at my office
