Trouble retreiving accessing My PCS and streaming media

I have a Merlin S620 PC Card and I have been having trouble accessing MyPCS and streaming media while using the card. I have tried it on one other computer on which I use the card and it does the same thing. I have even tried disabling any firewalls I have and it still happens. I have contacted Sprint and have waited two weeks and they still have not rectified my problem. I would like to know if any of you would have a solution.

Most likely, this is not a Sprint problem, but rather a firewall issue.

My experience shows that Sprint does not block any ports.

I was in the airport yesterday and I was streaming my Tivo to my Vaio via SlingBox and it worked fine. So, it depends on what streaming app you are using and making sure that the ports that it requires are not being blocked.
