Dallas (Plano) Sprint EVDO

I have been testing my PPC-6700 all over Dallas for a while now. The places I have been able to get EVDO speeds has been around all airports and the Willow Bend Mall (Dallas North Tollway / George Bush) area.

Just today I noticed that my phone was maintaining the "EV" icon where it has been flipping between 1X and EV the past month. I tested at the China Buffet by Collin Creek Mall in Plano and was getting a solid 500 Kbit from inside the restaurant. I'm not sure how widespread the EVDO service is, but was hoping a few more people from Plano/Richardson/Frisco/Dallas would see this message and report.

See this forum, Dallas users have reported that the Metroplex is generally entirely covered. At this point, most major metros are now almost entirely covered by Sprint and Verizon. But some gaps should be expected until the rollout is complete.
