I have gone through 4 Blu-ray players with internet access trying to find one that will connect to my Kyocera KR2 router to no avail! Both the Samsung BD-P1600 & BD-P3600 connect but cannot ping the gateway; the Insignia NS-BRDVD3 connects and works only intermittently; and the Sony BDP-N460 will connect -but, like the Samsung models - fails to communicate with the gateway. I have been all over the internet on forums for these different players and the support sites and call centers for all manufacturers as well, but no one has a solution. My desktop and laptop computers both are connected to this router and have internet access with no trouble. I also have the HP Photosmart Premium C309g printer - which has a web app for Snapfish - and it connects to HP's Snapfish server with no trouble, so I am convinced the problem is with the router's interactions with these players. I have set static IPs for both current players (the Sony and Samsung BD-P3600), assigned both IPs a DMZ in the firewall, and changed connections and reset all devices many times; none of these things seem to help. Has anyone out there had similar connection problems with their Blu-ray players to this router, and if so, have you found a solution? Thanks in advance for any and all help.

I haven't tried any of those players but I can tell you I use my KR2 with my PS3 just fine for both gaming and Blu rays.
