"view data details" question

I'm using a mbr1000 with a usb727 aircard. today when checking my data usage on my verizon account, I clicked on "view data details" and noticed under the "usage type/event description" it says "unlimited mb allowance" I'm grandfathered on the contract just before they started charging for overage, instead of throttling. my contract ends 2/10/10 so it was just before they started the overage charge, which I believe was in march of 08. I also just looked on my "my plan" page and under the "included features" section, it also says "unlimited MB allowance". This would appear to say that I'm somehow grandfathered on the older, truly inlimited plan somehow...anybody familiar with this situation? I have only gone over 5gb once and it was almost 8 gb and was never throttled. Hope somebody can clear this up for me. thanks!!
