I have read that since mobile broadband on a cdma network it is the most secure wireless out there but I just want to make sure that is still the case.
On the Today Show a few weeks back they profiled WiFi security as being weak but said that Mobile Broadband (aircard) was the most secure. They say it at the very very end after the 6 min. mark I think.
--> today.msnbc.msn.com/id/26184...530153#33530153
Then I come across this article that popped up on digg or somewhere which says cell networks aren't 100% secure, mainly GSM is less than CDMA.
--> newsweek.com/id/200878
So what is the deal? People are opportunists and I just want to make sure I am not making it too easy for someone to hack my connection. Is it really possible for someone to snoop on my connection using a spy-phone connection as referenced in the article? |

it's too difficult for someone to want to do. the feds or a PI firm might if someones out to get you.
other than that if someone is just looking to get internet access there's better ways. _________________ PortoBatMBR1000 |
