Sprint Sierra 598 Bandwidth Issue

Hi all,

Monday I used my new air card for the first time and man it was really fast. Almost as fast as my cable internet at home.

Tuesday through today I can barely get any bandwidth. Sprint Smartview still says 80 - 100% excellent connection but it seems to always be on RTT and very occasionally EVDO.

I went to sprint, they tested my card and gave me a new one. The new one is doing the exact same thing.

I am sitting in the same spot as monday but a webpage such as sprint.com takes 3-5 minutes to load and Outlook is always hourglassing.

I have tried with and without my company VPN connected and its still slow.

Should I try an external antenna? Are there any known software conflicts perhaps?

I have searched around but its so slow it is very hard to do much research.
