Make This a sticky on how to update prl MODS

Here it is:

Disconnect then click on the QLM box. Hit Ctrl+d, a box will pop up. Enter in the box 6 zero's (000000) Hit enter and another box will pop up. At the top in the activation code space enter 6 zero's again (000000) Then at the bottom it will have a section to find the prl file on your computer you downloaded. Click on the button at the right to find file location and enter it in the box then hit ok. It should update to the prl file you have downloaded. Sometimes if you have Mobile IP Off it may not update, but if you change it to Moblie IP Preferred it should work.
