How do I manually update the PRL on my Huawei EC228

I've gotten fed up with Alltel, I keep calling in about my signal problems and they keep telling me I'm behind on the PRL (currently on 31000, should be on 41000 according to the data service rep) and they keep saying they're going to push an update which never happens so I went and downloaded the 41000 PRL myself.

Trouble is, now that I have it, I have no idea how to update my wireless modem with it. Can someone post and explain it clearly, step by step what I need to do?

1 ) Download newest prl from http://www.corolada.com/prl/
2 ) Open Quicklink Mobile (Axcess)
3 ) Disconnect or if you already are. Don't connect.
4 ) Press Ctrl+D
5 ) Type 000000 (6 zeros)
6 ) Click the Action Code box
7 ) Type 000000 (6 zeros)
8 ) Click the [...] box at the end of PRL:
9 ) Find the PRL you just downloaded
10 ) Click Open
11 ) Click OK
12 ) Let it activate then connect! DONE!
