Alltell to Verizon without a hitch

I was on Alltel service for a couple of years with My Kyocera KR1 which has been reliable for me. Very Happy

I have a MRB 1000 Crying or Very sad

but in my location it will not pickup signal well enough to all my system be active. But my trusty KR1 with it simple booster antena from 3Gstore keeps me connected all the time. I even stay green under heavy rain. Very Happy

Since Alltell in my area (SC)has sold out Verizon I get billed by V
but I notice when I do a speed test it indicate that I am on a Alltel tower.
I am happy with 1.5 to 1.7 speed.

The last bill from verizon said I went over my limit but since I was an Alltel customer before I now have Unlimtied minutes with Verizon.

I still am using my Alltel PC5750 EVDO/1X card in my router no equipment changes where made for the change over . The first couple of days the coverage a bit spoty but has since stablized and be came steady like my alltel coverage was.

I have a UM175 which I tried but it signal strenght is not saisfactory to me so I just stay with pc5750.

didn't know anyone had limitations on minutes in a data plan.

I meant to unlimited data download not the usual 5GB per month. that is what my bill stated "unlimited" but showed the overage.
