I have an MBR1000 with a Sprint u760 USB modem. The MBR only shows the GPS coordinates from the last time I had the u760 directly plugged into my notebook. I can plug the u760 into the notebook, pull up Sprint's connection manager, connect, and disconnect, then plug it into the MBR and the MBR will show the new coordinates but the MBR will never update them. I have tried putting the u760's GPS into both assisted and autonomous modes with no luck. It also shows that the Activation State of the modem is "Unknown."

I'd really like to get this feature working if possible, any ideas?

Thanks!

Chris

Update the firmware on the router to 1.6.2 if you already have the firmware in the router, re-download the 1.6.2 firmware from cradlepoints website and upload it again.

No dice. One clue is that when hooking the modem directly to my wife's notebook for the first time it gave a "Last GPS lock: 01/01/1969" (the month and day were different but the year was 1969.) Is it possible that the modem is wonky?
