I can't get this modem to work on my laptop with windows 7. I have downloaded the latest drivers from the website which say they support windows 7 64-bit. I have now tried 2 modems and both don't work.
Any problems? |

I have the same problem with the UMW190 in Vista "Windows encountered a problem installing this blah blah blah."
Lenovo U110 IdeaPad.
Removed and installed VZAccess manager
Version

| Try disabling your antivirus software while you are installing, sometimes this causes an issue with installs. Also, run the installer file as an administrator. [Right click the file, and choose Run as administrator] |
