I just received my new CTR500 and so far I love it, although you would expect some type of manual for a $200 router.

The one item I am disappointed with is the size of the power adapter. With it's geometry it wil not pack nicely with the slim CTR500. I'm sure some of the reason is the need to be able to power both the USB and Expresscard modems (2.5A).

The power adapter for my Netgear travel router (2.0A) looks like the adapter for the CTR350 and would pack nicely with the CTR500. Can I use that adapter with the CTR500 as long as I don't power 2 modems?

Can I buy that CTR350 power pack separately?

Thanks!
Greg

the primary reason for CTR500's size is it is a global adapter.

yes, you can get the CTR350 adapter by itself:
