Just got a 598u. Trying to install on widows 7. Gets near end f istall and I get the error. Instal shield was interupted rolling back install. This happens when about 95% complete after installing NEMA ports. I even tried the latest sprint smartview download. Any suggestions?

you might have to right-click the installer and run it in XP compatibilty mode

There is no such saying when I right click on it. Just says run as administrator. And I tried that already

you need to right click it, select properties and then the compatibility tab
