Any body get this in their email? I only have their Broadband Card, so I guess it pertains to that?

The more I read it, the more it seems like a moot point. Don't they already charge pro-rated ETFs? And don't the original flat rate contracts fall under clearly defined contract terms?

If you canceled, but were charged an ETF due to the new TOS limiting your unlimited, will this get you some money back?

Yes, got it, and yes, it seems that unless you want to terminate without a full ETF, it doesn't really affect us.
