So, I have a phs300 which doesn't seem to want to run on battery. I hadn't used it in about six months, but I had the battery out the whole time. I put the battery back in and charged it up for 24 hours. Then, when I unplug it, it stays on about 2 minutes, then all the lights go off, then all on again flashing on once, then off, then QUICK blink, then off, then on.

I have tested the battery and it shows 3.77 volts, where it should be, right?

but, it doesn't seem to run going on battery. Is there some trick to getting it to work again? It seems like NOT a battery problem, but that is the only difference.

Try to do a factory reset on your router, and then reinsert the battery and if that does not work if you purchased your router from the 3gstore and it's under a 1 year purchase we can get it replaced for you under the manufacture warranty give us a call.

Factory Reset

1. Unplug the device and remove the battery, leave the button in the ON position.
2. Press and hold the Reset button under the battery compartment
3. Re-plug the unit.
4. Continue holding the Reset button for 15 seconds
5. Let go of the reset button and insert the battery and try to charge.

thx, I tried doing this, actually did it a couple of times.

Not sure what the issue is, but Cradlepoint support is going to R&R my unit. Maybe there was some issue with some units, maybe just great customer service!!! Whichever, I think it is most likely not a great deal out on their part, but a great DEAL PLUS on the customer side. We'll certainly continue to buy their routers as they work great usually and offer a wealth of options and features.
