I have searched and read some thing on the forum and didn't find this issue. So sorry if it is already out there.
What I have:
Verizon PC5750 with the latest version of VZAM and a window VPN connection
The Problem:
I am able to connect to the Verizon network just fine and able to stay connect. BUT whenever I connect to the VPN with about 3 mins my connection to the Verizon network just disconnects. Sometimes it happens right away other times it can take a minute or two before it just disconnects. I do not get any error msgs or anything.
Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

I have been having the same probem. Soke with Verizon support. They are blaming it on VPN and not willing to provide any support as it happens only when I connect to VPN.
Thinking of returning the verizon card and going back to sprint. |

| Well I have many users with verizon cards and they all connect to one of two VPNs. This is only happening with one user. |
